Club Ride Saturday 21st March 2026
Usual meet at 0850 for an 0900 depart from the main car park in Brookley Road, Brockenhurst. Decent forecast this week for March and as per the message on Spond earlier in the week an unseasonal act of benevolence the mandate for mudguards has now been lifted as the roads have dried out nicely.
Planned route is a 108Km loop to the north and west of the area. Coffee stop planned a little before halfway at The Potting Shed at 48Km. As the return leg passes through Burley and the coffee stop is a little early I fully expect a Second Coffee Stop mutiny from the lower orders so there may be a small diversion to Shappens Café for those in desperate need on more caffeine and cake.
