This years AGM was due to held on 19th Feb. This obviously wont happen and we dont know when we could arrange it if at all. A zoom committee meeting was held and the covid issues were discussed. It was agreed that we are in unprecedented times and this is not covered by the club rules so, the committee agreed that they would continue to run the club unless there were a number of objections received in writing before the 19th Feb.
