Based on the fastest course from the NFCC collection, the Autumn 10 for 2023 will use P128/10.

The 10-mile course finishes at a lower elevation than it starts and uses a selection of fast road surfaces with a small section of dual carriageway – the perfect opportunity for a late-season PB.
