Meet and depart
Meet at 08:50 for a 09:00 departure from the main car park in Brookley Road. Please aim for 0850 so we can sort out groups. Also, please register in Spond by 0900 Friday so the café can be advised of numbers.
Winter riding
This week continue with winter riding protocol. Please come prepared with:
- Mudguards fitted.
- Sturdy tyres.
- Warm clothing
As temperatures drop, we’ll keep the pace steady to avoid getting hot and sweaty in winter jerseys, then becoming cold if a mechanical means a long stop.
Route and coffee stop
- Distance: 103 km.
- Climbing: 744M (According to Plot a Route, Ride With GPS says 612M so take your pick!
- Coffee stop: The Potting Shed at around 54km. (Bit earlier than last week).
